Note: Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself as it could damage the lighter beyond repair.

Your lighter will be repaired by Zippo in Bradford USA at no charge and returned promptly to you, usually within 6-8 weeks.
Please note; separate warranty conditions apply to Zippo Utility Lighters, Butane Inserts, Arc Inserts and other Zippo accessories. Please contact our repair centre for any claims or repairs of these products.
