Delivery

Deliveries are made via Australia Post and Zippo.com.au aims to get all orders delivered within 2-5 working days.  The delivery times provided by Zippo.com.au are estimates only.  Zippo.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are undeliverable Zippo.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zippo.com.au will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind whether caused by wrongful acts (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise caused by this website linked to or from this website.  We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason.  Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided.  All received monies will be refunded as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

You can return any products to us that have been purchased on Zippo.com.au that arrive faulty however you must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Faulty goods will be processed as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty

The product warranty shown on or in its packaging is provided by Sheldon and Hammond Pty Ltd of 24 Salisbury Road, Asquith, NSW 2077.  If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging which is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will repair the product.  To make a warranty claim call us on 1800 351 202 Or email returns@gpbshop.com.au.  The customer service team will advise you how to return your faulty goods.  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  The benefits to the consumer given by warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law.  Proof of the products purchase is required.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your Zippo product will need to be repaired…………

  • Prepare your lighter for shipment.  Remove the inside unit from the lighter.  Allow all fuel to evaporate.  Replace inside unit in lighter case.  Package your lighter securely in an oversized box or padded shipping bag.  Click here for a convenient form to include with your package or enclose a note with your name, address, telephone number, and email address to receive confirmation of receipt and reshipment of your repaired item.
